These terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) are to use with Rêver Automotive websites and applications of Rever Automotive Co., Ltd (“We” or “Rever Automotive”) and/or any other Rêver Automotive online or electronic channels (collectively “Platform”). This Terms of Use are deemed as our agreement with our Platform users and/or customers (“You” or “User”). When you use and/or open an account on our platform, it is understood that you have read and understood the terms of use of our platform thoroughly. Rêver Automotive Platforms provides features, news, content, customer services, charger stations, privileges, financial services, insurance information, other additional services including but not limited to account registration, test drive appointment, etc. which enhance your experience of using BYD cars.

Rêver Automotive reserves the right to add, delete or modify the Terms of Use of our Platform at any time without notice. If you are satisfied and continue using our Platform, it will be deemed as you agree with this Terms of Use implicitly. Also, you are entitled not to agree to the Terms of Use by stop using our Platform.

All rights reserved including but not limited to the text, images, graphics, sound files, animation files, video files, and their arrangement on the Rêver Automotive’s Platformare all subject to copyright and other intellectual property protection. All mentioned materials belong to the Rêver Automotive or its licensors. These materials may neither be copied for commercial use or distribution, nor may they be modified, reproduced or republished.

2.2 Privacy

While using our Platform, it may request to supply your personal data to run, monitor and develop the features and the functions. Rêver Automotive do recognize the importance of protecting personal data. You can look for more details through the provided Personal Data Policy.

2.3 Payment

You may use your account to pay fees for EV charging at EV charging stations. When using your account for fee payments, the transactions will be recorded in your account, creating a transaction history. Fees will be deducted from your account at the specified rates, and it is your responsibility to consider, acknowledge, and accept the charge fees. If you or another person uses your account for EV charging fee payments, you agree to settle the specified fees. You also agree that we may share accurate information with authorized third parties regarding the details displayed in your platform account related to your usage for the purpose of processing and collecting fees, as well as for the enforcement of policies and contractual obligations.

2.4 Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

2.5 Linked online platform

Our Platform may offer you automatic links to enter other websites or applications, and/or other online platforms in relation to a particular aspect of our Platform. This means Rêver Automotive is not responsible for any third parties’ websites, applications, or platform you link to as well as the liability of using their websites applications and/or platforms.
